TROPHY CUSTODIAN
The Swimming Committee is looking for a volunteer to assist in the event management team with responsibility for trophies and medals.
Main tasks:
To attend East District Age Group and Open Championships, ensure that medals are ready for presentation and perform general duties throughout the district championships as required.
To ensure that all trophies taken by district swimmers are signed for and that other trophies won by non-district swimmers are returned after the event for safe keeping to the District office
Before each championship event, ensure all trophies are returned by winners and engraved
