SSF's Wellbeing workshops

Wednesday 24th June 11-12pm, Thursday 25th June 3-4p

These workshops focus on how physical activity & sport benefits young people's mental health & wellbeing. There are also various tools, designed by the Wellbeing Ambassadors, that are available to all who attend through our Actify Hub. 

Individual sign ups are welcome through our registration links. This weeks workshops will focus on 'Motivation' details are as follows:
