FIFE AREA SQUAD TRAINING NEWS

A sucessful Fife Area Squad training day took place at Cupar Sports Centre on Sunday 13th November with 30 eleven and twelve year olds representing different Fife clubs coming together for a day of learning and development.
They started with a land training session led by James Waite, followed by an education session led by Lesley Murray, finishing with a 2 hour pool session focussing on the 200m IM led by David Haig. Feedback was really positive and it is hoped to follow this up with a similar session for 13-14 year olds on Sunday 29th January.
