Congratulations to Stephen Clegg M B E

Congratulations to Stephen Clegg (Edinburgh University) on his award of Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE), for services to swimming. Stephen is a two times Paralympic champion and two times world record holder.

Congratulations also to Duncan Scott Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE). Scott – who won a gold and silver medal at this summer’s Olympics  for services to swimming, is Scotland’s s most decorated Olympic athlete.
